Qigong & Meditation

Spend an hour and 15 minutes practicing unique qigong routines including movements from Ba Duan Jin, Animal qigong and Heaven & Earth. Before returning to the day we will engage in a walking and sitting meditation. The routines are slow and light. Each movement has modifications if one is restricted.
