IPSWICH, England -- Prosecutors in Ipswich, England, said Thursday there was DNA and other forensic evidence linking a man to the killings of five prostitutes.Steve Wright, 49, is charged with the five slayings, and on Wednesday admitted to having had sex with four of the women at his home or in his car, Sky News reported.He denies any involvement in their deaths, but prosecutors said there was DNA evidence on three of the women's bodies ... WASHINGTON -- The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform heard testimony Thursday about veterans' charities that pay organizers millions of dollars.Among the groups being probed is Help Hospitalized Veterans, which was founded in 1971 by Roger Chapin, The Washington Post reported.The newspaper reviewed the non-profits tax reports and found in collected $71.3 million in the last fiscal year.
