Cessna Aircraft Company announced this week it was the high bidder in bankruptcy court for the Bend, Oregon-based Columbia Aircraft Manufacturing company. The sale for $26.4 million is anticipated to be completed by December 4, at which time the Bend operation will take on the Cessna name. A Prineville man was charged with 20 crimes following an investigation into the killing of four deer for the sole purpose of removing their heads for their antlers. BALTIMORE -- The Baltimore Police Department is being sued by the family of a 7-year-old boy who was arrested while sitting on a dirt bike.The child, Gerard Mungo Jr., was outside his home last March when an officer allegedly grabbed him by the shirt collar and dragged him off the bike, The Baltimore Sun said Wednesday.
