Two Bend residents were badly injured in a head-on collision on icy Highway 20 near the Old Bend-Redmond Highway Monday morning, deputies reported. Six teenagers police believe are responsible for a rash of graffiti vandalism to numerous businesses, vehicles and other property in the south side of Bend over the past few months have been arrested, police announced Sunday. An investigation led to the identification of the teens, aged 16 to 18. Citations for first-degree criminal mischief were issued to William P. Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man alleged to have assaulted a woman as she slept in her apartment early Saturday morning. The victim’s seven-year-old son was in her bedroom, and her nine-year-old daughter was in an adjoining bedroom during the assault.   BPD released a drawing of the suspect. Beaverton Police responded to 6160 SW Alice Lane shortly before 6 a.m., December 15 and contacted the 46-year old female victim.
