A 15-year-old bicyclist struck and killed by a TriMet bus in Beaverton, Oregon Monday afternoon has been identified as Austin Miller, a student of the Arts and Communication High School. GENEVA, Switzerland - A space disarmament plan offered by Russia and China would include all armaments, not just nuclear weapons, a Russian official said Tuesday.The proposal was presented at the United Nations-sponsored disarmament conference in Geneva, reported Novosti, the Russian news agency. TOKYO - Japan Tuesday sent an official protest to the United States deploring the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl by a U.S. Marine in Okinawa, a report said.Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Nobutaka Machimura said the protest called on Washington to take strong measures to prevent similar incidents in the future, the Kyodo news agency said.Police arrested a 38-year-old U.S. Marine staff sergeant based at Camp Courtney in the rape which allegedly occurred Sunday. A 41-year old Albany woman was killed and her husband injured Monday evening when he lost control of his motorcycle on Highway 20 in Benton County and crashed, police reported.   An Albany woman, the passenger of her husband's Harley Davidson motorcycle, died in a crash on Highway 20 Monday evening. MIDDLEBURY, Conn. - An overturned truck loaded with compressed hydrogen gas kept part of Route 88 in Middlebury, Conn., closed for much of Tuesday while the cargo was offloaded.
