Jan. 27 Reports: Miles Albert Bagley, 19, was arrested for suspicion of DUII. (19480 Mammoth Dr.) Terrance Adams Ross, 62; Jess Francis Boysen, 30; and Michael Thorp Morris, 46; were arrested at 197 NE Third St.  Ross and Boysen was charged with disorder conduct, Morris with fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.  Victim was identified as Charles T. A federal jury today found Joya Williams, 41, of Norcross, Ga., guilty on the charge of conspiring to steal and sell The Coca Cola Company's trade secrets. Williams was found guilty of conspiring to unlawfully obtain and sell trade secrets after a federal trial which lasted seven days. (Portland, Oregon) -- Vulcan Inc. and Portland Arena Management LLC (PAM) today announced that they have signed a letter of intent under which an affiliate of Vulcan will acquire PAM, which owns, among other things, the Rose Garden Arena.
