A 36-year old Grande Ronde woman was killed Friday afternoon when she was unable to stop her car in time to avoid hitting a semi-truck as it pulled onto Highway 99E between Canby and Oregon City, and her vehicle became wedged under the truck’s trailer.   Firefighters worked to extricate the deceased driver and her car, wedged under the trailer of the semi-truck.
