A Bend man was arrested Tuesday afternoon after allegedly threatening the life of a Deschutes County Sheriff’s deputy who had earlier issued him a traffic citation, authorities reported.   Ian Douglas McVey – DCJ photo Ian Douglas McVey, 25, was taken into custody without incident about 3 p.m. February 27, Lt.
