A 17-year-old boy accused of drunk and reckless driving struck a guide-wire to a power pole in Sisters yesterday afternoon, sustaining minor injuries in the crash and causing a power outage.  Deputies from the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office were called to North Locust Street at East Green Ridge Avenue Tuesday afternoon about 3:10 p.m., Sgt.
