CLACKAMAS, Ore. -- The man caught on surveillance video allegedly masturbating then wiping sperm on a nearby woman shopping with her three-year-old daughter at a Clackamas Target store on March 8 turned himself in Tuesday at the county jail after seeing himself broadcast on local news stations.

SALEM, Ore. — If you're waiting for a kicker check that never came, it may have been returned to the Oregon Department of Revenue because it couldn't find you. The U.S. Postal Service returned 25,000 undeliverable kicker checks to the department. So far, only 12,000 have been claimed by their rightful owners. BEND, Ore. -- The latest Multi-Agency Traffic (MAT) team saturation patrol held Tuesday on Highway 97 was a successful endeavor designed to improve traffic safety awareness.
In just five short hours on the busy highway between Lava Butte and Terrebonne, 186 speeders, drivers failing to maintain a safe distance from emergency vehicles, and drivers violating any other safety regulation were issued tickets or given warnings, Bend Police Sgt. Kurt Koester said.

BEND, Ore. – Bend police are warning citizens of a new text message scam sent via residents’ cell phones that are a “pfishing” attempt to steal credit card and pin numbers belonging to Bank of the Cascade account holders.
According to Bend Police Sgt. Dan Ritchie, Deschutes County 911 has received numerous calls from Central Oregon residents, including police officers, regarding the suspicious messages.

REDMOND, Ore. -- Two Redmond men were arrested and more arrests are pending in multiple thefts, burglaries and car break-ins from businesses, residents and construction sites throughout Bend and Redmond, police announced Tuesday.
