NEW YORK -- Charles Carneglia, an enforcer for the Gambino crime family, was convicted Tuesday in New York of four murders committed years ago. The jury, after a trial in federal court in Brooklyn, acquitted Carneglia of one killing, the New York Daily News reported. TEHRAN -- Iran's foreign minister Tuesday dismissed sanctions against his country as a "rusty approach" that has failed to curb uranium enrichment programs.
