This afternoon at Springwater Trail High School in the Gresham-Barlow School District, a rifle shot went through the window of a top floor classroom occupied by students, prompting an immediate school lockdown.   Springwater Trail High School - 1440 SE Fleming, Gresham, OR No students were injured by the shot, but two students suffered minor cuts from broken glass. In the past week, Oregon's average price for a gallon of regular gasoline gained almost six cents and now stands at $3.  At the same time the national average shot up by almost a dime a gallon to $2.79. A Bend doctor was arrested Monday for the third time in just over a month in connection with an ongoing investigation into allegations that he touched female patients, now totaling four, in an inappropriate and sexual manner during the course of medical examinations, police reported. STRASBOURG - The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in France has ruled against a British woman fighting to use frozen embryos fertilized by an ex-partner. Natallie Evans of Trowbridge, England, was left infertile by treatment for ovarian cancer.
