CAIRO - Amnesty International has condemned Egypt's efforts to fight terrorism, alleging in a new report that Egypt is violating peoples' human rights. The organization said in a news release Wednesday that Egypt had detained thousands of its citizens without fair trials, and many terror suspects had been tortured. GAZA - A recently launched 100-day plan from the Palestinian Authority is oriented towards increasing security in both on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. NORTHAMPTON - A car full of people traveling on Britain's M1 motorway was violently attacked by up to 15 men who temporarily stopped highway traffic.
