A 15-year-old boy has been arrested and charged with two counts of attempted aggravated murder in connection with a shooting at Springwater Trail High School in Gresham, Oregon on Tuesday, police reported. KAOHSIUNG, Taiwan - Taiwan doctors successfully re-attached a zoo veterinarian's forearm, bitten off by a Nile crocodile that gave up its catch only after being shot twice. COLUMBUS, Ohio - An Ohio man was charged Thursday with joining al-Qaida, getting terrorist training and planning to attack targets inside the United States in the 1990s. MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - A school bus crash in Mississauga, Canada, that injured 14 children -- one critically -- has brought new attention to the safety of the vehicles.
