A 15-year-old boy has been arrested and charged with two counts of attempted aggravated murder in connection with a shooting at Springwater Trail High School in Gresham, Oregon on Tuesday, police reported.

COLUMBUS, Ohio - An Ohio man was charged Thursday with joining al-Qaida, getting terrorist training and planning to attack targets inside the United States in the 1990s.
