Oregon statewide average gas prices set a new record high today at $3.123 per gallon, according to AAA Public Affairs Director Elliott Eki. The previous record of $3.111 was set on May 28, 2006.  All major metro areas in Oregon have surpassed previous records, set in late May or early June of last year, Eki said.
