HILLSBORO, Ore. – Originally believed to be a missing persons case, Juanita Rosales-Garcia was not thought to be endangered when she disappeared March 9. BEND, Ore. -- Albertsons South has donated $2,000 to Bend's Community Center (BCC) to assist with food purchases during their 8-week kitchen remodel process. JAKARTA -- A military aircraft crashed into a hangar Monday while attempting to land at an airport in West Java, killing 24 people, Indonesian air force officials said. MOMBASA, Kenya -- A British-owned cargo ship and a Taiwanese fishing boat have become the lastest vessels to be seized by Somali pirates, local reports indicated. The BBC, citing reports from Kenya, said the British-owned Malaspina Castle was hijacked in the Gulf of Aden and the Taiwanese boat was commandeered near the Seychelles.
