SAN DIEGO - Wireless technology giant Qualcomm is planning to launch a mobile network that would allow people to use their cell phones to manage myriad health issues including diabetes and dieting. NORFOLK, Va. - A U.S. Navy lawyer convicted of divulging information about Guantanamo Bay detainees was sentenced to six months in prison Friday. The Virginian-Pilot reported that in addition to his prison sentence, Lt. Cmdr. Matthew M. MINOT, N.D. - A man in Minot, N.D., has been banned from the Turtle Mountain Reservation by a Chippewa tribal council for his online article against the reservation system. BOGOTA - A Colombian paramilitary leader said several U.S. companies paid the right-wing gunmen responsible for thousands of deaths.
