A 38-year old resident of the Warm Springs Indian Reservation was sentenced to three concurrent 36-month terms in prison for the sexual abuse of three women that occurred over a three-year period.  According to the US Attorney’s Office, District of Oregon, the man had sexual contact with and photographed the women while they were drunk and unconscious. The City of Bend Budget Committee approved the 2007-2009 proposed biennial budget as amended on Thursday.  The Budget Committee is comprised of the Bend City Council and six citizen members. A 16-year-old boy was seriously injured Saturday afternoon when he drove into the path of a pickup loaded with firewood in Prineville, police reported.
