ATLANTA - The man with a dangerous form of drug-resistant tuberculosis has been identified as a 31-year-old personal injury lawyer in Atlanta. Andrew Speaker is now in Colorado for treatment. MCLEAN, Va. - CIA Director Michael Hayden said the McLean, Va.-based agency has gotten younger and is taking "more operational risk" since the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.
