A 27 year old Terrebonne, Oregon man was seriously injured after he slipped on rocks at Cline Falls and fell approximately 25 feet, surfacing in the water below. Effective July 1st, 2006, water rates will increase 5.0% and wastewater rates will increase 6.0% in the City of Bend, Oregon.
