Previously Convicted Felon Illegally Possessed 17 Firearms and Evaded More Than $200,000 in Federal Income Taxes
Morris David Frumkin a.k.a. Michael David Anastasia, a resident of Bend, plead guilty to single counts of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and income tax evasion.
