A passenger in a pickup driven by a 16-year-old boy received traumatic injuries during a rollover crash near Banks, Oregon late Sunday afternoon, after the driver struck a motorcycle as he allegedly tried to ram one of two motorcycles he had been following in what troopers described as “road rage”.   The unidentified 16-year-old driver from Cornelius rolled his pickup after allegedly ramming a motorcycle and arguing with the rider. Oregon State Police detectives say that toxicology reports will likely confirm the cause of death of a man found dead in the bushes near Interstate-5 in the Woodburn area Friday night, suspected of being drug-related. PANAMA CITY, Panama -- An Argentine photographer kidnapped in Panama City ahead of the Organization of American States General Assembly was freed, La Prensa reported Monday. Fernando Calzada had been held 24 hours by unknown captors, Panamanian police said. KIEV, Ukraine -- A spokesman for Ukraine Interior Minister Vasyl Tsushko, who recently suffered a heart attack, said the official's condition has deteriorated in Germany. Spokesman Kostyatyn Stohnyi said Monday the minister spoke in a very weak voice when contacted by telephone on Sunday, Russia's Interfax news agency reported.
