ANTELOPE FLAT RESERVOIR – Opportunities for carryover rainbow trout from 10-18 inches are good, however anglers are reporting mixed success. Campers in some areas of the Deschutes National Forest will be inconvenienced with the unavailability of drinking water in some facilities until late August, when completion of a water system replacement project is expected. Anglers and boaters should use caution on the Lower Deschutes River between Pelton Dam and the mouth of the river on Saturday, July 15th.
