Oregon Attorney General Hardy Myers today detailed his ongoing efforts to detect and deter unlawful gasoline marketing practices. In U.S. District Court in Eugene, Kevin Tubbs, 37, Kendall Tankersley, 29, and Darren Todd Thurston, 36, entered guilty pleas on July 20th to criminal conspiracy and related arson charges that occurred from 1996 through 2001 in Oregon and four other Western states. The Deschutes County Health Department reported a local resident has tested positive for the measles. The person is no longer infectious and there is no way of knowing who may have been exposed to her/him and at what time or day.
