Acting on a tip, Deschutes County Sheriff’s detectives found the ATM machine stolen from the Thriftway Market in Terrebonne early Monday morning.  The machine, located on public land in Jefferson County about ten miles from the market, was burned and all the cash had been removed.  The burglary suspect captured on surveillance footage remains at large.  According to a news release issued by Lt. BAGHDAD -- Suicide car bombers struck a Kirkuk vegetable market and a convoy of Kurdish militia Friday in Iraq, killing at least 13. WASHINGTON -- A U.S. Justice Department study has found that nearly half of the country's murder victims each year are African American.
