Ten law enforcement officers from four different agencies concentrated their efforts on the Bend Parkway for five hours on Wednesday and wrote over 71 tickets, arrested two people, and impounded four vehicles. Bend Police Sgt. Detectives are continuing the investigation into a diving accident off a dock on the Deschutes River that resulted in a La Pine man being flown by helicopter to the hospital with undisclosed injuries, deputies reported Thursday.
