Terri Lea Selby, 49, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance when she was allegedly found in possession of a meth pipe with residue, and a digital scale with meth residue.
Korin Elizabeth Covey, 18, was cited for third-degree theft and being a minor in possession.
Bobby Alonzo Douglas, 53, was cited for second-degree theft.
Casey Joe Cernazanu, 21, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. His vehicle was towed for being uninsured.

Two 20-year old Albany men were arrested after police found a marijuana garden hidden in a clearing at the end of a 75-foot tunnel cut through blackberry briars in an undeveloped, overgrown field in southwest Albany, Oregon.

Two Bend motorcyclists were cited by Oregon State Police troopers Thursday morning for high-speed violations near a highway construction zone on Highway 126 near Prineville, Oregon. One of the riders was traveling in excess of 120-mph.
On August 16 about 8:05 a.m., Crook County 911 dispatchers received a complaint about two motorcycles traveling toward Prineville on Powell Butte Highway through a construction zone.

A 46-year old man wearing dark clothing was killed Thursday night when he was struck by a large truck while crossing Highway 97 on foot in Terrebonne, Oregon, troopers reported.
According to an Oregon State Police (OSP) news release, the accident occurred about 9:40 p.m., August 16, when a 1999 Peterbilt truck towing a trailer loaded with bees was southbound on Highway 97 near milepost 115. Two Redmond boys, ages 16 and 17, were cited for reckless burning and criminal mischief Thursday in connection with a brush fire that burned nearly six acres in the Tumalo area. Witnesses told deputies the boys tossed fireworks out of their vehicle.

A 43-year old woman was cited for animal neglect, and nine horses were seized from her northwest Prineville, Oregon property during execution of a search warrant Thursday based on a tip deputies received regarding alleged “severe neglect” of the animals.
Jennifer Debban was cited for nine counts of second-degree animal abuse following the raid at 3636 NW Rimrock Acres Loop about 5:40 p.m., August 16, Crook County Sheriff’s Detective Sergeant Travis Jurgens reported.
