 PRINEVILLE, Ore. – A convicted rapist wanted by the Portland Police Bureau for an alleged sexual assault on Tuesday, and sought by Prineville Police for an alleged rape Thursday, was arrested after running from a crashed stolen car following two attempts to elude in a high-speed pursuit, police reported.
