BROOKHAVEN, N.Y. - The U.S. Marshals Service has announced the arrest in Shirley, N.Y., of a man sought in six killings in Texas and Pennsylvania.The Travis County Sheriff’s Office in Texas said Paul Devoe III, 43, has been charged in one of the killings and is being held in lieu of $2 million bond, The New York Times reported Tuesday.
