Police are looking for a man who held up the Burger King restaurant in north Bend at gunpoint on Tuesday night then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. According to a news release prepared by Bend Police Sgt. Bend Police are investigation a reported near-drowning at the Juniper Swim & Fitness Center on Tuesday afternoon when a boy about three-years-old was pulled unresponsive from the swimming pool, officials said. LONDON - Deposed Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is returning to Pakistan to try to oust President Pervez Musharraf, the Financial Times reported Wednesday.Speaking to the newspaper in London, Sharif said he will return to Islamabad within two weeks for an eve-of-Ramadan campaign against Musharraf, who took power in a bloodless coup in 1999.Sharif has been living in exile in Saudi Arabia.
