TORONTO - Police say they found three bombs in a car trunk when they arrested a Toronto man suspected of sending three letter bombs, officials said Friday.The bombs were detonated after being transported to a disposal area, The Canadian Broadcasting Corp. reported. HARARE, Zimbabwe - President Robert Mugabe has ordered a complete price and wage freeze for all goods and services in Zimbabwe.In an executive order Thursday, the president also increased the power of the National Incomes and Pricing Commission, The Herald, a Harare newspaper, reported. KANANGA, Democratic Republic of Congo - More than 100 people have died of a hemorrhagic fever since June in the Democratic Republic of Congo, health officials said.Jean-Constatin Kanow, the provincial doctor in Kasai Occidental Province, told the U.N.
