Clear Choice moves to new, green headquarters
by Bend Weekly News Sources

BEND, Ore. - Clear Choice Health Plans on Thursday announced it has moved its headquarters to a new facility located at 2965 NE Conners Avenue in Bend, Oregon.

The 70,000 square-foot building utilizes environmentally sensitive construction materials and is expected to be LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. The Clear Choice-owned building was designed and constructed by BBT Architects, Inc. and Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company of Bend.

“Moving into our new building is integral to our future growth and success as our company continues to expand and better serve our customers and enhance value for our shareholders," said Patricia Gibford, president and chief executive officer of Clear Choice Health Plans. "Our new facility will provide employees with ample workspace, and most importantly, our customers will have access to convenient parking and private meeting rooms where they can speak with our knowledgeable customer service representatives in person."

The headquarters staff, which includes approximately 150 people, will occupy the top two floors of the four-story building initially, and Clear Choice will lease the two bottom floors (30,000 square-feet).

Clear Choice Health Plans also has an office in Kalispell, Montana.
