Bend Surgery Center announced Thursday its new position as Title Sponsor for this year's Oregon High Desert Classics horse show. "In 2006 we were a Grand Prix sponsor, but we wanted to help even more this year," said Sue Nance, Chief Executive Officer of Bend Surgery Center (BSC).
The Oregon High Desert Classics, an international hunter-jumper equestrian competition, takes place at the J-Bar-J Boys Ranch in Bend, Oregon through two consecutive weeks. This year Classic I will be held July 18-22, and Classic II on July 25-29.
Proceeds from the event benefit the J-Bar-J Youth Services and their programs which include the J-Bar-J Boys Ranch, Learning Center, The Academy at Sisters, Cascade Youth & Family Center and Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Central Oregon.
BSC is Central Oregon's first freestanding multi-specialty outpatient surgery facility. Its new 20,000-square-foot building offers physicians and patients the latest in medical care and treatment, all within the heart of Bend's medical corridor.
