REDMOND, Ore. -- Several complaints from neighbors about possible drug activity at a southwest Redmond home led to the arrest of two young men and a young woman Tuesday morning after detectives raided the place and found cocaine, marijuana and other drug-sales related evidence.

Oregon State Police (OSP) Sgt. Mitchell Meyer reported that a search warrant was executed at 3155 SW Quartz Place about 8:20 a.m., March 25. Central Oregon Drug Enforcement (CODE) Team members, Redmond Police and a Deschutes County Sheriff’s drug-detecting dog and her handler participated in the raid, Meyer said.

Drug packaging materials, digital scales, drug sales proceeds, and an undisclosed amount of cocaine and marijuana in pre-packaged resale quantities were seized.

The resident, 21-year old Matthew Eric Kime, was arrested and lodged in the Deschutes County Jail. Two others present, Nicholas Robert Hulgan, 20, and 18-year-old Angelica Marie Wilhite, were also taken into custody and jailed, Meyer said.

Kime was charged with possession, manufacture and delivery of cocaine. Hulgan was charged with possession of a Schedule III substance, and Wilhite with possession of cocaine. Both Hulgan and Wilhite will also face charges of frequenting a place where drugs are used, kept or sold, the sergeant said.
