The two men and one woman who were killed late Friday night in a fiery single vehicle crash in southwest Redmond have been tentatively identified, authorities announced today.
According to Officer Curtis Chambers, Redmond Police were dispatched to SW Canal Boulevard near SW Badger Avenue in Redmond on Dec. 22 about 11:45 p.m. to the report of a single vehicle crash where the vehicle was engulfed in flames. The bodies of the three victims were found inside the vehicle.
The driver has been tentatively identified as 20-year old Jared Ray Price of Redmond, and the left rear passenger is believed to be 19-year old Kaley Rae Jasikiewicz of Powell Butte, said Detective Sergeant Mike Kidwell.
The right rear passenger has been identified as Anthony John Harris, a 25-year old transient. This identification is pending confirmation through dental records, added Kidwell.
It is still unknown if alcohol or drugs were a contributing factor to the crash, and police continue to seek the assistance of the public who may have witnessed the accident, were at the scene when police arrived, or have knowledge of the incident. Those persons are encouraged to phone 693.6911.
