Two Redmond teens were arrested Monday night during a routine traffic stop when Ecstasy and marijuana were found in the vehicle, Oregon State Police (OSP) reported.
Trooper Rich Brannin stopped a 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo driven by 19-year-old Parmalee Dawn Lauch on Highway 97 at NW Cedar Avenue in Redmond about 8:45 p.m. April 23.

According to a news release, during the stop the trooper developed probable cause to believe there was marijuana in the car, and a subsequent search led to the discovery of 20 grams of pot packaged for resale and five Ecstasy tablets.
Lauch and her passenger, Brandon Travis Sutherland, 18, were taken into custody and lodged in the Deschutes County Jail. They are charged with delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana), and possession of a controlled substance (Ecstasy).
