BEND, Ore. -- The Bend City Council released Thursday the names of four candidates who were selected from more than 70 who vied for the position of Bend City Manager. A nationwide search to fill the position was conducted by The Waters Consulting Group, and one of the four chosen is Eric King who is currently serving as Bend’s Interim City Manager.
The four finalists will be involved in selection activities to be held May 19 and 20. The community is invited to a public forum at the Tower Theatre on Monday May 19, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The finalists are:
