BEND, Ore. – The discovery of a marijuana growing operation in a southwest Bend home Wednesday afternoon led to the seizure of over 22 ounces of pot, drug records and cash, and the ultimate arrest of a 25-year old man charged with numerous drug-related crimes, authorities reported Friday.

Central Oregon Drug Enforcement (CODE) team detectives raided the home of Isaiah Mathew Cook at 60988 Amethyst Street on Wednesday, May 21, about 4:10 p.m. after they received a tip about an alleged marijuana grow, Bend Police Lt. John Gautney stated in a news release.

A search yielded discovery of the “small” marijuana growing operation, marijuana, drug sales records and about $1,000 in cash, the lieutenant reported.
