BEND, Ore. – A 24-year old Bend man was shot and injured during an altercation at a southeast Bend apartment complex parking lot Saturday night, police reported.
Davin Wagner of 1707 SE Tempestwas transported to the hospital by private vehicle about 8:30 p.m., June 7, Bend Police Lt. Ken Stenkamp wrote in a news release.
The investigation is continuing, and police offered few details into the incident although an acquaintance of the victim told a local TV reporter Wagner had been shot in the back.
