NEW YORK -- The reputed madam who led to the ouster of New York Gov. Elliott Spitzer is expected to plead guilty soon, her lawyer said.
Lawyer Alberto Eubanks said in a statement Cecil "Katie" Suwal, 23, could enter her plea as early as this week, The New York Post said.
Suwal allegedly ran the Emperor's Club VIP, which arranged for a Washington rendezvous between Spitzer and a prostitute earlier this year.
The Post said sources said Suwal agreed to testify before a federal grand jury investigation that could lead to charges against Spitzer.
