DUBUQUE, Iowa - Police in Dubuque, Iowa, arrested a man Wednesday on suspicion he is the mail bomber known as "The Bishop" who targets investment houses.
The man's identity was not released. The Chicago Tribune reported he was taken into custody without incident and his home and another location were being searched by police.
For two years, explosive packages have been mailed to investment firms. In late January, packages were sent to companies in Denver and Kansas City, Mo. The Denver parcel was redirected to a Chicago affiliate. Neither device exploded, the report said.
The U.S. Postal Inspection Service has been leading the investigation.
