Fourth Minnesota sextuplet died
by UPI

MINNEAPOLIS - A Minnesota couple said Monday their faith and family were helping sustain them after the death of the fourth of their six babies born prematurely this month.

Children's Hospital in Minneapolis released a statement saying Cadence Alana died Saturday, leaving just two siblings, a girl and a boy, clinging to life in critical condition, the Star Tribune reported. Three brothers died within a week of being born.

When the sextuplets were born June 10 they were 18 weeks premature and each weighed just a little more or less than one pound.

"Though our difficult time continues, our faith remains strong," parents Brianna and Ryan Morrison of St. Louis Park said in a statement. "Our families, friends, and churches have provided us with great comfort, for which we are deeply grateful. We continue to express our thanks to the staff at Children's. Please keep us in your prayers."
