Bend City Police Reports – Week of Aug. 9

August 3 Reports:

Terri Lea Selby, 49, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance when she was allegedly found in possession of a meth pipe with residue, and a digital scale with meth residue.

Korin Elizabeth Covey, 18, was cited for third-degree theft and being a minor in possession.

Bobby Alonzo Douglas, 53, was cited for second-degree theft.

Casey Joe Cernazanu, 21, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.  His vehicle was towed for being uninsured.

August 4 Reports:

Anthony Dean Wills, 40, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Trisha Lynn Siebel, 37, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Brian David Ruckel, 37, was cited and released for second-degree theft.

Brent Harold Batley was cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver following a vehicle crash.

David Elgin Edwards, 47, was cited and released for third-degree theft.

Jayme Lynn Brown, 45, was cited and released for failure to perform the duties of a driver following a vehicle crash.

Ryan Shaun Unverzagt, 29, was arrested for assault when he allegedly grabbed a woman by the throat and threw her against the wall.

Aaron Michael Breitenbach, 23, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Miguel Reyes Arevalos, 21, was arrested for failure to carry and display ID.

August 5 Reports:

Robert B. Huber, 63, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Ryan Carl Mesaros, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Eric Jacobs Nicholls, 21, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Burr Normal Richards, 23, and Michael Ray Totten Jr., 24, were cited and released for disorderly conduct.

Jacob Lee Snyder, 20, was cited and released for second-degree theft.

Leiza Noelle Nunez, 21, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Madeline Brazil-Denny, 21, was cited and released for harassment.

Andrew Jacob Munson, 23, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

August 6 Reports:

Kyle Scott Dvorak, 19, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Dominique Merriman, 20, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Bryan James Ershig, 48, was cited for hit-and-run.

The vehicle operated by Jacob Paul Kampmann was impounded for having no insurance.

The vehicle operated by Jeremy David Pohle was impounded for not having insurance.

The vehicle operated by Margie M. Applegate was impounded for having no insurance. Her drivers license was allegedly suspended.

Timothy Leroy Henkel, 38, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Phillip George Pohle’s vehicle was towed due to suspended drivers license and no insurance.

Karina Lizbeth Marquex’s vehicle was towed due to no drivers license or insurance.

Barbara Ann Goree, 53, was arrested for second-degree theft.

Charles Brandon White’s vehicle was impounded for no insurance, and driver had no valid drivers license.

Donald Alvie Coffman, 36, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Jose Luis Delgado Barrios, 24, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

August 7 Reports:

Joshua Grant Coffey, 28, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Robin Lynn Green, 51, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Cheryl Marcene Firestone, 43, was arrested for second-degree forgery.

Raelenne M. Vandersnick, 37, was arrested for assault, allegedly attacking the victim and scratching victim’s nose.

Preston Shawn McKinney, 21, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

August 8 Reports:

Jeffery Dwayne Stegall, 42, was arrested on a probation violation warrant.

The vehicle operated by Wayne Ellis Durham was impounded due to not being insured.

The vehicle operated by Cory Michael Macauley was impounded because drivers’ license was suspended.

The vehicle operated by Jameson Mosbah Marze was impounded: invalid license and no insurance.

The vehicle operated by Melanie Lynn Straub was impounded: suspended drivers license.

The vehicle driven by David Duran Nova was impounded during a stop for a speeding violation: drivers license was suspended.

Hurchel Gaines, 45, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Patrick Lee Lampton, 45, was arrested for harassment, allegedly striking a Viking with a refrigerator door and challenging him to a fight.

August 9 Reports:

Trevor Andrew Thayer, 20, was arrested for outstanding Linn County and Corvallis Police Dept. warrants.

The vehicle operated by Ryan Matthew Valley was impounded: drivers license was suspended.

Samuel Richard Allee, 15, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Richard Edwin Bowe, Jr., 33, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
