Jan. 6 Reports:

Gary Michael Pomeroy, 54, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants. (555 NE 15 St.)

John Fredrick Bennett, 43, was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at World Market. (63455 N. Hwy. 97)

Burger King reported an angry customer smashed food into the credit card reader, and threw food and condiments around the restaurant.  (1115 SE Hwy. 97)

David Paul Miller reported someone broke into his home, stole a heart-rate monitor, and rummaged through different areas of the house.

Richard Allen Cunningham and Eric John Harrison reported someone broke into their vehicles and stole several items. (OB Riley Rd.)

Ronney Eric Petersen reported someone used his debit card on the internet to make an unauthorized purchase.

Bimbo Bakery USA reported someone stole gas from a work truck. (American Loop)

Jan. 7 Reports:

Butler Market Store reported someone broke a front window with a lava rock and stole an undisclosed amount of cash. (2625 Butler Market Rd.)

Bradley George Hahn reported someone broke into his vehicle. (SE Windance Ct.)

Jacqueline Richell Simms reported a theft/forgery. (SE Heyburn St.)

Daniel Perry Thompson reported someone entered a home under construction and removed a wrought-iron stair baluster.

Perry Marcell Atkinson reported the theft of a 20-foot flatbed trailer with ramps, which was parked on the street in front of his residence. (Omer Dr.)

Elena Villa Vargas, 26, was cited for child neglect and released for leaving her 4-year old unattended in a vehicle. (2650 Hwy. 20)

7-Eleven #2037 reported someone attempted to pass a counterfeit five dollar bill.  The suspect kept the bill and fled.  (810 NE Greenwood Ave.)

Sun West Builders reported someone spray-pained orange paint on the walls of a house under construction. (NW Bond St.)

Nicole M. Lange reported someone broke into her vehicle. (Wilderness Way)

Jan. 8 Reports:

Richard Anthony Ceccanti, 18, and a 17-year old girl were arrested for allegedy shoplifting at Sears. (3188 N. Hwy. 97)

ACCO Air Conditioning & Heating reported an air-conditioning coil was stolen in the rear lot of their business. (123 NE Greenwood Ave.)

James Damian Richmond, 21, was arrested for attempted vehicle theft, first-degree criminal mischief, unlawful possession of a firearm, identity theft, and probation violation when he was found inside a vehicle that didn’t belong to him. (NW Kearney & NW Hill)

The Iris Ward Medical Building was vandalized when someone spray-painted graffiti inside a utility room. (1239 NE Medical Center Dr.)

David Alan Dugger, 47, was arrested for suspicion of assault and harassment. (SE Craven Rd.)

Katlynn Michelle Eyles reported her vehicle’s license plate was stolen. (NW College Way)

James Ryan Heath reported the theft of a socket/wrench set, and plastic gas cans from the bed of his pickup. (Spinnaker St.)

David Michael Evans & Diane L. Harrell reported that their mailbox was sealed shut with construction foam.

Jaimee Marie Bouchard, 26, was arrested and lodged at the Deschutes County Jail on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit card, four counts of identity theft, first-degree forgery, computer crime, and first-degree theft. (NE 15th St.)

Jan. 9 Reports:

Carolyn S. Miller reported someone stole various items of clothing from her apartment. (1470 NE 27th St.)

Greg Goss reported someone entered his home and stole a gallon-sized bottle full of coins.  (Parrell Rd.)

Aaron Wayne Licon, 19, was cited for driving while suspended, and his vehicle impounded. (NE 8th St. & NE Greenwood Ave.)

August Jenkins, 51, was arrested for suspicion of fourth-degree assault. (SE Tempest Dr.)

Mountain View High School reported an unspecified vandalism. (2755 NE 275h St.)

Lawrence Stanley Arbir reported someone stole his checks. (SE Third St.)

Michelle Lynn Coleman report her garage door was forced open, although nothing appeared to be missing. (NE 8th St.)

Mirror Pond Gallery reported someone had spray-painted the building and surrounding area. (875 NW Brooks St.)

Nathaniel Hardenbrook reported someone destroyued the CD deck in attempt to steal it from his unlocked vehicle.  Miscellaneous hand tools were stolen. (White Dove Lane)

Motor Coach Sales of Oregon reported the theft of two radiators and two aluminum wheels from the back lot of their business.  A large hole was cut into the security fence to gain entrance. (62955 Boyd Acres Rd.)

U.S.P.S. reported an unspecified incident of vandalism at 744 NW Bond St.

Michelle E. Brown reported her vehicle was struck several times with a a blunt object, causing damage. (NE Purcell Blvd.)

Laura Linden Leslie reported someone smashed the passenger side window of her vehicle and stole an Ipod with case and power hookup. (Jayhawk Lane)

Ronda Ellen Fassett, 34 was taken into custody for an outstanding probation violation warrant. (SE Centennial St. & SE Wilson Ave.)

David Lee Smith, 32, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear on burglary charges in Jefferson County. (Wilson & Centennial)

Matthew Douglas Donaldson, 26, was arrested an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. (Wilson & Centennial)

Jose Garcia reported the door to his room at the Cascade Lodge had been kicked open. (420 SE Third St.)

Jan. 10 Reports:

Rebel Shetler, 44, was cited for driving while suspended and driving while uninsured, and his vehicle impounded. (Bear Cr. Road & NE Craven Rd.)

Travis Blain Webster reported someone stole a .22 semi-automatic rifle from his unlocked vehicle. (2221 NE Third St.)

Metolius Meadows LLC reported someone entered a residence and stole a 32-inch LCD TV. (NW Monterey Pines Dr.)

Deborah leigh Wilker remoted the Ohio license plate was removed from her vehicle. (Beth Ave.)

Audiowerks reported an employee chased a suspect who stole a JL Audio amplifier from their store.  Suspect dropped the item. (61580 American Lane)

The Book Barn reported someone carved graffiti into a three-foot by 15-foot section on the building. (NW Gasoline Alley & 900 NW Minnesota Ave.)

Madeline L. Fields reported someone stole a DVD player, 10-inch TV/DVD, and digital camera from her room. (1565 NW Wall St.)

Douglas Henry Morrill, 39, was cited and his vehicle impounded for driving while suspended. (SE Third St.)

Todd E. Sikes reported someone threw a large brick through the passenger side window of his vehicle, breaking the window and gear shift. (NE Watson Dr.)

Adam Ray Shader, 27, was arrested for suspicion of second-degree criminal mischief. (1260 NE Purcell Blvd.)

Charles Andrew Bryan, 46, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. (Reed Market Road)

Jan. 11 Reports:

Travis Matthew Loeffel, 18, was cited for third-degree theft (shoplifting) and for being in possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. (7-Eleven at Third & Franklin)

Crest Butte Apartments reported someone stole a John Deere riding lawn mower and 8-foot ladders from a storage shed after cutting the lock. (NE Purcell Blvd.)

Allan Lee Evans, 48, was taken into custody on outstanding warrants from Baylor County, Texas. (SE Third St.)

Fox Hollow Independent Living said someone entered a locked business office and accessed a work computer. (2599 NE Studio Rd.)

John Lee Houston, 47, was arrested on outstanding first- and second-degree theft warrants. (Ward Road & Modoc Lane)

Jan. 12 Reports:

Brian D. Ott reported the theft of the rear license plate from his vehicle. (NE 6th St.)

U.S. Postal Service reported someone knocked over two 12-unit mailboxes. (2813 NE North Pilot Butte Dr.)

Regal Cinemas reported someone damaged a movie poster and tossed several toilet seat covers in and around a couple of auditoriums. (680 SW Powerhouse Dr.)
