Bend City Police Blotter – Week of Feb. 1

Jan. 27 Reports:

Miles Albert Bagley, 19, was arrested for suspicion of DUII. (19480 Mammoth Dr.)

Terrance Adams Ross, 62; Jess Francis Boysen, 30; and Michael Thorp Morris, 46; were arrested at 197 NE Third St.  Ross and Boysen was charged with disorder conduct, Morris with fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.  Victim was identified as Charles T. Clardy.

Pizza Hut reported someone used a counterfeit $20 bill for carry out pizza. (2139 NE Third St.)

Jeanne Turner reported her wallet with cash and drivers license was stolen while she was at the Old Martini Bar. (360 SW Powerhouse Dr.)

Sarah Anne Thornburg, 23, was arrested for suspicion of DUII. (1000 NW Columbia St.)

Jan. 28 Reports:

Brian P. Longerbeam reported someone forced open the back door to his residence, damaged the screen, and stole a coin collection. (NW Federal St.)

Rick Allen Garner, 48, was arrested for suspicion of DUII and attempt to elude. (61085 Hwy. 97)

Ashley Marie Morris-Reade, 19, was arrested for suspicion of DUII. (501 NW Idaho Ave.)

Shannon L. Crawford reported the theft of an iPod and other items from a vehicle. (NE Full Moon Dr.)

Lawrence Allen Onder, 39, was arrested for auto theft.  The vehicle was recovered in the parking lot of Sonoma Lodge. (450 SE Third St.)

Chad M. Fosdick reported the heft of his identification card. (NE Division St.)

Chad M. Fosdick (see report above), 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. (228 NE Irving Ave.)

Jason August Harris, 35, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. (20665 Daisy Ln.)

Jennifer D. Kopp reported someone took unspecified items from her unlocked vehicle. (Chamomile Pl.)

Kristina M. Franklin reports someone stole her wedding ring. (NW Greenwood Ave.)

John Kenneth Reinke, 39, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. (61533 American Loop)

Templyn Davie, 42, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Jan. 29 Reports:

Willie Dean McDowell, 47, was arrested for criminal trespass to Bob Thomas Chevrolet, in addition to a parole detainer.

Tobias Jeremiah Swanson, 26, was arrested for criminal trespass to Bob Thomas Chevrolet, and also for violation of probation. (415 NE Third St.)

Shelley A. Chesney reported someone stole her purse, digital camera, cash, & checkbook from her unlocked vehicle. (2000 NE Third St.)

Rafael Nieblas Tavizon, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. (1682 NE Lotus Dr.)

Jacquelyn M. Burnett reported someone stole her prescription pills during a real estate open house. (NW Melville Dr.)

Tiffany Rose Tkachenko, 21, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. (200 NE Third St.)

Miguel M. Mendoza reported someone made unauthorized charges on his credit card.

Meridian Realty reported someone vandalized an advertising sign by graffiti. (Century Dr. & SW Reed Market Rd.)

Jose G. Medina-Beltran, 33, was arrested on three counts of a forged instrument, harassment, identity theft, and false application for license.  (NE Lotus Dr.)

Gary Hawkins, 23, was cited for driving with a suspended license.  He was originally stopped for failing to signal a left turn, and his vehicle was impounded. (651 SE Reed Market Rd.)

Steven Nielson Dean, 43, was cited for driving with a suspended license and no insurance. He was originally stopped for speeding, not wearing a seat belt, and running a red light.  His vehicle was impounded. (222 SE Third St.)

High Cascade Snowboard reported an unknown suspect used a company credit card to make unauthorized purchases. (1900 NE Division St.)

James A. Mouser reported someone broke out the front passenger window of his vehicle. (NE Neff Rd.)

Spencer Cody Smith, 19, was arrested for suspicion of DUII. (Mount Faith Pl.)

Jan. 30 Reports:

Terri Lea Selby, 48, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. (1814 NE Division St.)

Robert B. Moeller reported someone stole a laptop computer and checkbook from his unlocked vehicle. (Cooley Rd.)

Amanda L. Swartout, 28, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance when she was alleged found in possession of stolen morphine. (Parrell Rd. & Reed Ln.)

Crest Butte Apartments reported criminal mischief and vandalism, stating someone had been staying in a vacant apartment. (1695 NE Purcell Blvd.)

Humane Society of Central Oregon reported the theft of a dog during business hours. (61170 SE 27th St.)

Denise K. Schumacher reported someone used her credit card number to conduct transactions in Mexico.

Anthony L. Pupo repored someone cut the locks on a job site storage area and stole assorted tools. (60333 Sage Stone Lp.)

Joseph Bevens reported the theft of his wallet from his residence. (Parrell Rd.)

Jan. 31 Reports:

Matt C. Aaron reported someone shot out the window of his car with a BB gun as he was traveling north on Watt Way.

Kristine M. Evans reported the theft of a BMX Hard Backtrail bicycle from her garage. (Marsh Orchid Dr.)

Sarah A. Stafford reported an unauthorized entry to a motor vehicle. (2600 NW College Way)

Anthony Steven Kelly, 44, was arrested for possession of marijuana. (1000 NE 6th St.)

Lisa A. Edwards reported someone broke a window on her vehicle and stole unspecified items. (2500 Hwy. 20)

Amy Christine Moore, 26, was arrested for fourth-degree assault. (Murphy Rd.)

Caleb Nathan Christensen, 25, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. (427 NE Thurston Ave.)

Scrap-a-Doodle reported someone broke a window to gain entry to their business and stole a cash register. (354 NE Norton Ave.)

Michael Raymond Barnard, 42, was arrested for suspicion of DUII. (Butler Market Rd. & NE 27th St.)

Feb. 1 Reports:

Jacob Bradstreet reported theft of property from his dorm room. (2610 NW College Way)

Janee E. Finn reported her dog was stolen. (1020 NW Wall St.)

Gabrielle C. Seggert, 46, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. (19465 Kemple Dr.)

Marc Charles Manners, 44, was arrested for first-degree robbery of the Super 8 Motel. (1275 SE Third St.)

Kenneth Lee Crutcher, 28, was arrested for an outstanding warrant, elude in a car, elude on foot, failure to perform the duties of a driver, possession of a controlled substance, reckless endangering, and reckless driving. (700 NE Greenwood Ave.)

Jeremy Dale Varco, 29, was arrested for suspicion of DUII. (21285 Hwy. 20)
