Bend City Police Blotter – Week of Feb. 15

Feb. 9 Reports:

Jason David Adams, 30, was arrested on an unspecified outstanding warrant. (NE Penn Ave.)

Christopher Scott Hansen, 39, was arrested on an unspecified outstanding warrant. (NW Wall St.)

Richard Joseph Belhumeur, 52, was arrested for violation of probation. (SW 13th St.)

Patrick Andrew Yackley, 54, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief, victimizing Chrisopher Corbitt. (NW Greenwood Ave.)

Louise Helen Horton and Russell Mark Orton reported theft and forgery by unknown persons who opened a Spring cell phone account in the victims name.  The account had over $1,000 worth of unpaid charges. (NW Clark Ct.)

Miguel Castro-Pimentel reported someone broke into his vehicle and stole property. (Bear Creek Rd.)

Hap Taylor Construction reported someone threw rocks through the windows of a piece of excavation equipment. (2225 NE Daggett Ln.)

Feb. 10 Reports:

Juan Alfredo Lucio Ruiz, 22, was arrested on an unspecified outstanding warrant. (2155 NE Sixth St.)

Jose Luis Garcia Chavez reported the theft of a set of keys and two jackets from inside Jokers Bar & Grill. (70 NW Newport Ave.)

Brian Hawkins reported the theft of various items from his car. (Glen Falls Pl.)

Richard Wiseman reported the unlawful entry into his vehicle.  No damage or missing items were found. (NW Hill St.)

Feb. 11 Reports:

Jeffrey Ney reported the theft of his vehicle, while parked in his driveway. (NW Summerhill Dr.)

Jodie Lynn Ewing, 37, was cited for driving with a suspended license after being stopped for switched plates.  Her vehicle was impounded. (725 NE Greenwood Ave.)

Mauricio Ruiz Asencio, 43, was cited for driving with a suspended license after being stopped on a traffic violation.  The vehicle was impounded. (62000 Bear Creek Rd.)

Bobby Alonzo Douglas, 53, was arrested on an unspecified outstanding warrant. (Pettigrew Rd. & Woodhaven Ave.)

Isaias Alonso Francisco, 32, was cited for driving with a suspended license after being stopped for switched plates.  Driver had no insurance, and vehicle was impounded. (SE 9th St. & SE Glenwood Dr.)

Jodie Lynn Ackerman, 27, was arrested on an unspecified outstanding warrant. (20064 Beth Ave.)

Eddie Gayle Thomas, Jr., 49, was cited for driving with a suspended license after being stopped for an expired registration. The vehicle was impounded. (NE Third St. & NE Emerson Ave.)

Linda Parham reported the theft of her vehicle. (NE Quimby Ave.)

Mark Anderson reported someone broke into his vehicle and stole property. (NE Cliff Dr.)

Jose E. Lemus Zuniga, 46, was arrested on three counts of fourth-degree assault.  Victims were identified as Fransica Ramirez, Mercedes Duran Lewus, Letica Lemus, and Phil Paschke. (Brosterhous Rd.)

Feb. 12 Reports:

Brenda Kume Mastrud, 48, was cited for driving without a license after being stopped for operating without lights.  The vehicle was impounded. (401 SE 4th St.)

Joshua Akins, 23, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.  Originally a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation, he admitted to being in possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and consented to a search.  He was issued a citation and released. (Brinson Blvd. & Butler Market Rd.)

Andy Charles Carney, 36, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). (61395 Hwy. 97)

Juanita Ramona Chavez reported a man shot a bb gun, damaging her garage windows and the windows of her vehicle. (Mahogany St.)

James Howard Faler, Sr., 29, was arrested on an unspecified outstanding warrant. (2500 Hwy. 20)

Julie and Robert Glenn reported unauthorized charges to their credit card. (Orion Dr.)

Romy Hayden reported unauthorized charges to a debit card. (NW Cottage Pl.)

Steven Berg reported the theft of a propane heater, 50-feet of connection hose, and portable lights from a construction site. (3444 NW Greenleaf Way)

Jesse Armstrong reported someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole property. (NW 15th St.)

Pablo Fuentes reported someone a broke a window of his vehicle and stole a mini iPod. (Athletic Club Dr.)

Taylor Collinsworth reported someone stole his cell phone while attending a basketball game. (NW Clearwater Dr.)

Casey William Boydston, 22, was arrested for suspicion of DUII and for being in possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. (NW 13th St. & NW Kingston Ave.)

Dustin Kallberg reported someone scratched the drivers door of his vehicle. (NE Greenwood Ave.)

Feb. 14 Reports:

Marney Linn Long, 39, was arrested for suspicion of DUII. (NE Lotno Dr.)

Nelson Nunez reported someone broke into his vehicle and stole property. (Parrell Rd.)

Timothy Paul Curry, 26, was cited for driving without a license after he was stopped on an equipment violation traffic stop.  His vehicle was impounded. (Parkway & Powers Rd.)

Lindsay Bailey, 28, was arrested on an unspecified outstanding warrant. (780 NE Savannah Dr.)

Sean Christopher Woll, 24, was arrested for suspicion of DUII. (30000 Brookswood Blvd.)

Feb. 15 Reports:

Nicholas Garrick reported the theft of a Pioneer CD/radio from his unlocked vehicle. (2600 NW College Way)

Mt. Bachelor Village reported vandalism by graffiti. (975 SW Simpson Ave.)

Russell Scott reported the theft of a Reminton 700 rifle and scope, and a Ruger 10:22 with scope from his vehicle. (NW City View Dr.)

Robby J’S Bistro reported vandalism to their sign. (705 SW Bonnett Way)

Stone Lodge Retirement Center reported someone shot the back of their building with orange paint balls. (1460 NE 27th St.)

Sarra Angela Thorp, 19, was arrested on an unspecified outstanding warrant. (Hwy. 20 & NE 27th St.)

Truax Texaco #81 reported vandalism by graffiti. (912 NW Newport Ave.)

Russell Raymond Holcomb II, 25, was arrested on an unspecified outstanding warrant. (SE 15th St. & SE Wilson Ave.)
