Bend City Police Blotter – Week of May 10

May 4 Reports:

Lisa Marie Collins reported the theft of a checkbook and wallet from her vehicle.

Alejandro Magana-Martinez, 50, was arrested on second-degree forgery and ID theft charges.

Mike Hartman reported fraudulent charges to his debit card.

Chad Sharpe reported the theft of his locked bicycle from Pilot Butte Middle School.

Richard Eugene Patton, 51, was cited for driving without a license. The vehicle was impounded.

Daniel Hulbert reported yard lights were stolen from his residence.

Building Solutions LLC reported a damaged Coke vending machine. The cash box was stolen.

Chad Matthew Loewen, 29, was arrested for first-degree robbery and unlawful use of a weapon.

May 5 Reports:

Stephen Wayne Manley, 33, was arrested for assault, allegedly throwing a female victim off a bed causing her injury.

Samantha Howe reported unspecified vandalism.

Thelma Peterson reported the theft of personal items from her home.

Art Rathje reported the theft of property from his unlocked vehicle.

Senead James reported the theft of property from a vehicle.

Mark E. Bishop, 37, was stopped for unsafe vehicle operation. Suspect provided insurance which was cancelled in 2006. Bishop was cited and his vehicle impounded.

Riverhouse Lodge Motel reported the theft of a 27” TV from the community workout room.

Alexandrea Vijarro reported the theft of her purse.

Clark Andrew Fitton, 22, was contacted during a loud party call.  Suspect was allegedly intoxicated. He was arrested for violation of probation.

Lisa Emily Allison, 29, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) and reckless driving.

Karen Elizabeth Truax, 40, was arrested on an unspecified warrant when she was stopped for a traffic violation.

Eric Charles Fannin, 15, was arrested for disorderly conduct when he got into an argument with his father regarding his curfew. He allegedly “picked up a fork and held it in a downward position causing the father to be in fear”.

Marcia Battles reported someone threw a rock through her home’s front window.

Jon Parick Doyle, 28, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

May 6 Reports:

Steve Jeffrey Freitas, 48, was arrested for suspicion of DUII, reckless driving, hit & run, and reckless endangering.

Geil Gerner Mahoney, 41, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Casey Middaugh reported to his vehicle.

Matthew Allan Raab, 21, was cited and released for third-degree theft from Safeway.

Debbie Huppertz reported a burglary.

Paul Macy reported the theft of his cell phone.

Delbert Darrel Dungan, 51, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Edward Wayne Stauffer, 20, was cited for having no insurance and the vehicle was impounded.

Brian Littrell reported damage to his vehicle.

Raymond Rogers, 23, was cited for having no insurance or drivers license. Vehicle was impounded.

Karen Leithauser reported the theft of items from her vehicle.

City of Bend reported vandalism to 1700 SE Reed Market Rd.

Taylor Morates reported unspecified vandalism.

John Bushnell reported the theft of a laptop, iPod, and checks from his hotel room.

Thomas James Murray, 81, was arrested for suspicion of DUII and failing to perform the duties of a driver.

Justin Jerome Texley, 29, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

May 7 Reports:

Brandon Adam Pinola, 21, was arrested for parole or probation violation.

Gregory Owens reported the theft of items from his vehicle.

James Cecil Imel, 19, was cited for third-degree theft.

Maryanne Rhodes, 39, was stopped for not wearing a seatbelt. She was cited for driving with a suspended license, and her vehicle impounded.

Kearney Street Boutique reported a theft.

Russell W. Hendrickson, 18, was stopped for a traffic violation, found to have a suspended license, and cited. Vehicle was impounded.

City of Bend reported 50 gallons of gas and a battery were stolen from a city sanding truck.

Madylon Joanna Irby, 45, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Marshall S. Bruce II, 41, was cited for driving with a suspended license and his vehicle towed.

Michelle Fraser reported vandalism to her vehicle.

Britni Jones reported fraudulent charges to her debit card.

Jeffrey Sausser reported the theft of a digital camera and cash from his unlocked vehicle.

Glen Harris reported the theft of a radio and battery from his unlocked vehicle.

Elizabeth Quinn reported someone broke to rear window of her vehicle.

Enterprise US reported a burglary.

Terra Joelle Lilleston, 28, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

City of Bend reported forgery/second-degree theft (unspecified).

Bend Broadband reported the theft of a field meter, copper wire, torch, and propane bottles from a work vehicle.

Paul Brick reported a theft/forgery.

Trac Towing reported someone had cut the chainlink fence surrounding the impound yard.

Tarry Laverne Foster, 42, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Justin Martinez reported fraudulent charges to his debit card.

Mary Coonse reported damage to her vehicle when someone tried to gain entry.
