June 9 Reports:

Latham Excavation reported five windows were broken on a Bob Cat.

Deana Schneider reported vandalism to her home under construction.

Cooper Hume Pearson, 24, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Corvallis Municipal Court.

Christine Elizabeth Krause, 45, was cited for theft and criminal trespass to Costco.

Darcy Kathleen Miller, 47, was cited for two counts of harassment against Maricela and Ester Moreno-Mejita.

Joshua Leo Lippincott, 30, was cited for shoplifting from Food-4-Less.

Eillyn Vasquez, 18, was cited and released for theft from a business at 60 NE Bend River Mall Ave.

Jacob Ryan Hawes, 22, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Lake County.

Randy Posvar reported the theft of a lawnmower from his yard.

Jeffrey Robert Bailey, 34, was arrested for assault and violation of a restraining order against Mary Lawrence.

Nancy Taylor and Kimberly Glenn reported vehicle window broken and items stolen from inside an open garage.

Lindsay Kristine Hampton, 26, was arrested for second-degree theft, 34 counts of third-degree theft, and 35 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card – all against Ann Marie Colucci PC.

Joseph Elfritz reported the theft of items from his vehicle.

Pilot Butte Middle School reported unspecified vandalism.

Matthew Tout, 31, was arrested for assault IV, menacing, restraining order violation against Martina Jaccarino.
