Bend City Police Blotter – Week of July 20

July 14 Reports:

Kevin Eugene Murray, 40, was arrested for interfering with police. In the same incident, Sean Alan Houtchens, 36, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Mark Anthony Devoney, 51, was arrested for an outstanding warrant – DUII.

Delita Christine Johnson, 42, was arrested on an unspecified outstanding warrant.

Lois Raymond Guerra, 43, was arrested for assault against Eliseo Ramirez Castro.

Mark Anthony Stiles, 34, was contacted during a welfare check and was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested, and allegedly gave police false info regarding his name.

Thelma L. Smith reported the theft of her cell phone.

Dennis A. Berrigan reported the rear window of his vehicle was broken with a rock.

Matthew Stephen Bernardi, 32, was contacted regarding outstanding warrants, and was arrested when allegedly found in possession of meth.

Gary Roger Daum, 44, was arrested for trespassing.

Kenneth Ray Reid, 28, was cited for disorderly conduct, reckless endangering, and offensive littering.

Tyler Charles Leggett, 18, was cited for illegal fireworks.

Cyrus McLane Butler, 20, was arrested for allegedly attempting to buy alcohol with a fake Wisconsin drivers license.

John D. Moore reported a car break in.

Jeremy F. Crandall reported a burglary.

Trinity Lutheran School reported the theft of computer equipment.

Jesus Morgan reported the theft of items from a vehicle.

Justin Ray Foster, 18, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Kristi Elizabeth Sayeg, 20, was arrested for suspicion of DUII.

Ace Hardware reported someone threw large rocks through the business’ window.

Mark Gallinger reported a theft.

Kevin James reported a theft from a construction site.
