The property is located near Highway 126 at the Eagle Crest Resort at 7535 Falcon Crest Drive in Redmond, Oregon.
Michael Baron of Sperry Van Ness in Redmond represented the seller, Redmond-based Redmond Properties.  Kathy Sugarman of Portland Investments represented the 1031 Exchange buyer, Denardis Group.
